• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees
• Revisions are limited based on the service package
• Excessive revisions may be billed at an hourly rate

Once content is approved, Mind Your Business Solutions, LLC is not liable for any resulting outcomes, including platform penalties, legal issues, or reputational impact.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website is the property of Mind Your Business Solutions, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client-owned Content

Clients retain ownership of all materials they provide.

Company-Created Content

• All deliverables remain the property of the Company until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use final approved deliverables for their intended business purposes
• We reserve the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Account Access

Clients may grant access to third-party platforms (e.g., social media, hosting providers, etc.).

We:

• Use access solely to perform agreed Services
• Do not claim ownership of client accounts

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages or changes
• Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans
• Third-party service failures

Clients are responsible for maintaining account security and compliance.

8. Payment, Fees & Refund Policy

Payments:

• Payment terms are outlined in individual agreements or invoices
• Services may require full or partial payment upfront
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

Refund Policy:

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds, if issued, are at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Recover the full cost of services rendered
• Charge fees associated with dispute resolution
• Pursue collections or legal action if necessary

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

• Lead generation or conversions
• Sales, revenue, or business outcomes

Results vary based on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, algorithms, audience behavior, and client implementation.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Your Business Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Clients may terminate Services by providing 30 days’ written notice.

During the 30-day notice period:

• Services will continue as scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Clients remain responsible for payment of all fees for the full 30-day notice period, regardless of usage

If a client chooses to terminate Services immediately without providing the required notice, the client agrees to pay a termination fee equal to 30 days of Services.

We reserve the right to terminate Services immediately, without notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms
• Lack of communication
• Inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful conduct

Upon termination:

• All outstanding balances become immediately due
• No refunds will be issued for Services already performed or in progress
• Completed deliverables will be provided upon final payment
